The need

We were looking for a simple to use web platform that had ease of communications including images, our existing system had many restrictions of use and no direct communication.

The choice

We approached Redro who provide our easy to use central purchasing and asked if they could look in to developing a tool to meet our requirements for all aspects of general maintenance and issue logs we had.

The result

After many meetings we had complete system (Mainteno) which is very easy to use from all aspects of admin and user experience with full communication, images, links to contractors and cost code by nested categories plus many more functions.

Working with Mainteno has been a great experience to us as a business and has help control many aspects of our facilities management requirements, the flexibility of the system has allowed us to expanded options of use and ongoing developments has ensured we are using one of the best system available in the market today.
